### Ancient Greek

εἶτα ὅτι τοῦ δικαίου ἐστὶ βραβευτὴς ὁ δικαστής· οὔκουν τοῦτο σκεπτέον, ἀλλʼ ὡς δικαιότερον·

### English

Or, that the judge is the dispenser of justice; so that it is not the contents of the contract that he has to consider, but what is juster.

Ou encore, que le juge est le dispensateur de la justice, de sorte qu'il ne doit pas considérer le contenu du contrat, mais ce qui est plus juste.
