So bedeutet z.

6. The dreamer sits as an officer at a table opposite the Emperor: He places himself in opposition to his father.
7. The dreamer treats another person for a bone fracture. Analysis shows this fracture to be a representation of adultery and the like.
8. Times of day very frequently represent periods of childhood in the dream-content. Thus, for example, 5:15 in the morning signifies for one dreamer the age of 5 years and 3 months, the significant time of the birth of a younger brother.
9. Another representation of periods of life in dreams: A woman is walking with two little girls who are 1¼ years apart in age. The dreamer can think of no family she knows of whom this is true. She herself interprets both children as representing her own person, and the dream as reminding her that the two traumatic events of her childhood are separated by that amount of time. (3½ and 4¾ years.)
10. (H. Sachs.) “From The Interpretation of Dreams we know that the dream-work has various means of representing a word or phrase in sensuously perceptible form. It can, for example, exploit the circumstance that the expression to be represented is ambiguous and, using the double meaning as a ‘switch,’ can admit into the manifest dream-content the second meaning instead of the first, which occurs in the dream-thoughts.
This is what happened in the following little dream, with skilful use of suitable recent impressions from the day as material for representation.
On the day of the dream I had suffered from a cold and had therefore resolved in the evening not to leave my bed during the night if at all possible. The dream apparently merely allowed me to continue my day’s work; I had been occupied with pasting newspaper cuttings into a book, endeavoring to assign each cutting its proper place. The dream ran:
‘I am trying to paste a cutting into the book, but it will not go onto the side, which causes me great pain.’
I awoke and had to establish that the pain in the dream continued as real bodily pain, which then compelled me to break my resolution. As ‘guardian of sleep,’ the dream had feigned the fulfilment of my wish to remain in bed by representing the words ‘but it will not go onto the side.’”
