τῶν γὰρ σκεψαμένων περὶ <τοῦ> ἀληθοῦς οἱ μὲν οὐδὲν εἶναί φασιν ἀληθὲς οἱ δὲ καὶ τῶν εἷναι φαμένων οἱ μὲν μόνα ἔλεξαν ἀληθῆ εἶναι τὰ νοητά, οἱ δὲ μόνα τὰ αἰσθητὰ, οἱ δὲ κοινῶς τὰ αἰσθητά τε καὶ νοητά.

For among those who have inquired into truth, some say that nothing is true. Among those who say that something is true, some declared that only intelligible things are true, others that only sensible things are true, and others that both sensible and intelligible things are true.

Parmi ceux qui ont examiné le vrai, les uns disent que rien n’est vrai. Parmi ceux qui affirment qu’il existe quelque chose de vrai, certains ont dit que seuls les intelligibles sont vrais, d’autres que seuls les sensibles le sont, et d’autres encore que les sensibles et les intelligibles le sont également.
